Jeff is a commercial real estate professional with a diverse background spanning financial analysis, business ownership and creating fiduciary client relationships. His expertise in commercial real estate includes leasing office and medical office buildings, working with owner-users and investors on MOB acquisitions & dispositions, and site selection for industrial land projects. Additionally, he works closely with tenants in the MedTail space.

Jeff’s professional background includes work experience as a financial analyst, a named account manager at a Fortune 100 technology company, and as an owner of a health and wellness firm. He has passed the CPA and Enrolled Agent exams, reflecting his deep understanding of finance and taxation, although he is not currently licensed. This combination of financial expertise and business experience allows him to provide a unique perspective to his clients, ensuring that each transaction is backed by sound financial analysis and strategic planning.

He is committed to creating long-term relationships by meeting the specific needs of his clients and matching their goals with market conditions in a financially sound way. Some of his current clients include Physical Therapy, Dental, OB-GYN, and Primary Care practices, as well as a number of investors in the office and land markets.

He is the proud father of one daughter and two sons, who are taking the next steps in their lives pursuing university educations. He enjoys being active outdoors, including hiking, playing soccer, and swimming.
