Jay Hull

Jay has been transacting, managing and investing in Austin Real Estate investment projects since 2006. His past experience includes numerous infill mixed use developments and covered land projects across Austin’s core with a particular focus on land acquisition for vertical development.  He lives in the Holly neighborhood of East Downtown Austin with his wife, son and daughters and always looking for deals to grow the character of East Austin.

Jay’s vision has been consistent throughout his career; to help build wealth for his clients through investment real estate. Jay prefers working in teams on sophisticated project’s because he believes they provide more opportunities to create value in a meaningful way to both the community, and the bottom line of the investor.  He is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).
