AMY DANDRIDGE, CPM

Amy Dandridge,CPM serves as the Director of Property Management and is responsible for the oversight of CIP's property management service delivery. Amy joined the CIP team in 2024 at the inception of the Property Management Division with over two decades of hands-on real estate experience encompassing a range of real estate services including property management, facilities management, association management, construction management, transaction management, and asset management services. 

An Austin native, Amy received her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2008. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas State University where she earned her bachelor's degree and was inducted into The National Honor Society of Psychology. Amy then went back to school to earn her MBA from the University of Phoenix while working full-time as a Senior Property Manager.  

Amy has a son and two pups. She and her son enjoy watching movies, playing board and video games, craft projects, swimming and other outdoor activities, and spending time with their large network of local family and friends.
